FullStack Solutions is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our Jaipur office.

The candidate will communicate with current and existing customers through phone and WhatsApp, follow up with interested customers, explain our software solutions, assist with basic customer queries, and maintain regular follow-ups.

Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities
Call and follow up with new leads
Communicate with customers over phone and WhatsApp
Explain software features and services
Follow up with interested customers
Maintain lead and follow-up records
Assist existing customers with basic queries
Schedule product demonstrations when required
Update customer information in our system

Requirements




Good Hindi and English communication skills
Confident and polite over phone calls
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable using WhatsApp and internet applications
Valuable listening and communication skills
Willingness to learn

Experience Freshers and candidates with previous telecalling/customer-support experience can apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.01 - ₹15,000.00 per month
