PC Technologies is hiring Customer Support Executives for our Pune office. We are looking for candidates with valuable communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and basic computer knowledge to handle customer queries and provide timely support.

Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
Resolve customer issues professionally and within the required time.
Maintain customer records and update details in company systems.
Follow up with customers regarding pending queries or requests.




Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain service quality.

Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Customer-friendly and professional attitude.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently.
Basic typing and data entry skills.
