Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are successfully resolved.
Provide information about products, services, orders, processes, and policies.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.




Meet assigned customer service, response time, and resolution targets.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good follow-up and time-management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification
Any Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience.
Freshers can also apply.
Prior experience in Customer Support, Customer Care, BPO, Telecalling, or Helpdesk is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
Good English communication.
Customer-oriented approach.
Comfortable working with computers and CRM systems.
Versatile to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹9,866.04 - ₹27,935.40 per month
