About Panorama Block

Panorama Block is a technology company combining AI, blockchain, DeFi, and tokenized assets to build recent experiences across the on-chain financial ecosystem.

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help users navigate the platform, answer questions, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities
Assist users through chat and digital channels
Answer questions about the platform and its features
Support users during onboarding and their first steps
Identify and escalate technical issues
Document user feedback and recurring questions
Work closely with Product and Technology teams to improve the user experience

Requirements
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate to advanced English
Organized, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to quickly learn current technologies
Interest in technology, AI, blockchain, fintech, or Web3

Experience in Customer Support, Customer Success,



fintech, or technology is a plus. Knowledge of blockchain or DeFi is welcome but not required.
