Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Customer Support Officer located in the Perungudi.

The Customer Support

Officer will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences by handling member queries, providing assistance in person or via phone/email, and resolving issues promptly.

Responsibilities include managing memberships, assisting with reservations, addressing member feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high standards of service delivery. The role also involves maintaining knowledge of club offerings and events to provide accurate information to members.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Tools (i.e. MS word, MS Excel & MS PPT)



and customer management systems.

Eagerness in Hosting and setting up events.

Basic Accounting Skills.

Open to working in rotational shifts (No Night Shifts)
