Role & responsibilities :
- Teach and support children with special educational needs.
- Take overall responsibility for children during the assigned shift.
- Plan and conduct activities based on individual developmental needs.
- Monitor childrens learning, behavior, and overall development.
- Maintain individual developmental records and progress reports.
- Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the Senior.
- Prepare weekly work plans and activities for the upcoming week.
- Track individual goals and developmental milestones.
- Coordinate with seniors, and other team members.
- Ensure children’s safety, well-being, and active participation.
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality.
- Implement feedback and recommendations provided by the Senior.
