Role: End User Support L2
Experience: 4 years
Location: Gurgaon
Minimum 4+ years of IT experience
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting the hardware & software issues.
Installation & configuration of the IT assets, printer, Audio-Video devices
Vendor Management, Asset Management, Escalation Management
Knowledge of O365 and Windows 11 upgradation is an advantage.
Work as an Individual contributor, team player and should oversee all the IT operations.
Should be available during weekend activities (Server/Network/Vendor)
Valuable Communication skills, Languages English, Hindi
