Role & responsibilities
Own end-to-end manufacturing process and production.
Achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP) targets.
Drive Winning Hrs, OEE, cycle time reductions, and scrap reduction activities
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Establish Recent products regular production ramp up, process validation, and continuous improvement.
Manage manpower, training, and cross-functional coordination.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, Lean, and 5S.
Preferred candidate profile A full time degree in Engineering or Diploma
5 - 10 years of relevant work experience from Automotive Manufacturing/ Electronics manufacturing industry
