Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CCE ( E-commerce) to handle customer and vendor communication and support seller onboarding for our e-commerce/marketplace platform.

The ideal candidate should have e-commerce or marketplace experience, excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve calling and vendor onboarding targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and vendors.
Respond to customer queries related to products, orders, returns, cancellations, and support requests.
Contact potential vendors and explain the platform, products, features, pricing, and onboarding process.
Onboard new vendors/sellers onto the e-commerce platform.
Follow up with interested vendors to complete registration and onboarding.
Maintain professional relationships with customers and vendors.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer and vendor support.
Maintain accurate customer, vendor, and lead records in CRM.
Achieve daily/monthly calling and vendor onboarding targets.





Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Telesales, or E-commerce.
E-commerce/Marketplace experience is mandatory.
Experience in vendor onboarding or seller support is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
Comfortable working with calling and onboarding targets.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
