Minimum 12 to 16 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
The Candidate must be from Noida or South Delhi or East Delhi.
Minimum 3 to 5 years in a Mid-Size Fintech, IT Startup, SAAS as number 1 or number 2,
Prior experience in Software Product Companies, Telecom Technology, Cloud Communications, or Technology startups is highly preferred.
