Key Responsibilities
Conduct developmental assessments to identify delays, strengths, and areas requiring intervention.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each child's developmental needs.
Provide structured one-to-one and group therapy sessions.
Work on gross motor, fine motor, cognitive, communication, social, emotional, sensory, and adaptive skills as appropriate.
Use age-appropriate therapeutic activities, play-based interventions, and learning techniques.
Monitor children's progress regularly and modify intervention plans when required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date assessment, treatment, progress, and attendance records.
Coordinate with other professionals such as psychologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, special educators, and medical specialists.
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and review meetings.
Identify any significant changes or concerns in a child's development and report them to the concerned clinical supervisor.
Support early intervention programs and developmental screening activities.
Conduct parent education and awareness sessions when required.
Prepare therapy materials and maintain the therapy workplace in a secure and child-friendly manner.
Ensure proper safety, hygiene, confidentiality, and ethical standards during therapy sessions.
Participate in centre activities, training programs, workshops, and community outreach programs.
Perform other duties assigned by the Centre Head
Qualifications
Master's degree in Child Development
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
