Role & responsibilities
Own end-to-end manufacturing process and production.
Achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP) targets.
Drive OEE, FPY, cycle time, and yield improvements.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Support NPI, process validation, and continuous improvement.
Manage manpower, training, and cross-functional coordination.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, Lean, and 5S.
Preferred candidate profile
A degree in Engineering or Diploma
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing / operations role
