Position: Engineer PED (Production Engineering Department)

Location: Jigani, Bangalore

Reporting to: Sr

Manager PED

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and maintain Assembly work instructions & SOPs for current and existing products
Execute trial production activities to validate designs
Design and develop jigs and fixtures for effective production
Coordinate with Design, QA, and Production teams to ensure smooth product transfer to manufacturing
Provide support for in-line issues and implement timely corrective actions
Manage SER, Deviation Notes, and ECN activities in compliance with process standards

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor s Degree (BE/BTech) in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field
2 3 years of experience in a medical device manufacturing setting (preferably in X-ray systems)
Good understanding of ISO 13485-compliant manufacturing processes
Skilled in PCB-level troubleshooting, testing, soldering,



and validation
Familiar with BIS and AERB testing protocols for X-ray equipment
Experience with SAP, particularly Material Master creation and BOM management
Basic programming knowledge (eg Python, Arduino) for jig development is an added advantage
Proven ability to create structured and clear Assembly Work instructions and SOPs
Hands-on experience in X-ray system assembly and testing
