Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the assigned hospital floor.
Ensure smooth patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
Monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, housekeeping, security, and other departments.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and quality standards.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
Handle patient and attendant grievances professionally and efficiently.
Conduct regular floor rounds to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and prepare daily operational reports.
Support emergency situations and ensure timely coordination among departments.
Ensure proper utilization of hospital resources and facilities.




Assist management in implementing process improvements and service excellence initiatives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
