Jewellery Factory Manager Roles & Responsibilities (Short)
Plan and supervise daily jewellery production.
Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met.
Maintain quality standards and minimize defects.
Manage workers, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Control the use of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and other materials to reduce wastage.
Coordinate with design, production, stores, and sales teams.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, Jewellery, or a related field.
510 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Solid knowledge of jewellery production processes and quality standards.
Valuable leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan production, manage inventory, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP/software used in jewellery manufacturing.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
