Qualification: B.Sc. Food Technology

Salary: ₹2.4 - ₹3.6LPA depending on qualification, experience and skills.
Monitor food quality and safety standards.
Check raw materials, production processes and finished products.
Maintain quality and production-related records and documentation.
Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation standards.
Follow FSSAI, GMP and HACCP guidelines.
Conduct quality checks and Lab tests Like FFA & Acid Value, Peroxide Value, Iodine & Saponification Value, MIV%, Refractive Index, Test for Argemone oil
Assist in resolving quality-related issues.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.




Maintain necessary reports and records.

Candidate Requirements
B.Sc. in Food Technology is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the food industry.
Valuable knowledge of food safety and quality control.
Knowledge of FSSAI, GMP and HACCP.
Good documentation and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Responsible, hardworking and willing to work in a food manufacturing setting.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
