Roles and Responsibilities:
Visit construction sites and ongoing projects to identify new business opportunities.
Meet and coordinate with clients, builders, contractors, architects, and site engineers.
Collect project drawings, floor plans, measurements, and other requirements from the site/client.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal design, estimation, and sales teams.
Generate new leads and identify projects requiring aluminium and uPVC doors and windows.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, drawings, requirements, and order confirmation.
Maintain valuable relationships with existing and potential clients.
Maintain records of site visits, leads, drawings, and client follow-ups.




Provide regular updates to management regarding project status and potential business prospects.
Assist in converting leads and site visits into confirmed orders.

Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.
Valuable communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel and work at construction sites.
Basic understanding of construction drawings and building projects is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
