We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Formulation Executive to join our team in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in formulation development, particularly in injectables.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and optimize formulations of pharmaceutical products, including injectables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Conduct research and stay updated on recent technologies and trends in formulation development.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve formulation-related issues during product development.
Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production processes.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in formulation development, preferably in injectables.
Possess solid knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation principles and practices.
Experience with regulatory requirements and guidelines is essential.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting and collaborate with others.
