Roles and Responsibilities :

- - Drive sales growth and expand business in the assigned territory.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.

- Identify new business opportunities and promote new product adoption in the market.

- Regularly visit customers and channel partners to generate demand and improve sales.

- Increase market coverage and strengthen the company's presence across the territory.

- Ensure active engagement and business contribution from existing channel partners.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business planning.

- Maintain accurate sales records in company systems and participate in product and business training programs to enhance effectiveness

Job Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience in Electrical industry with expertise in channel sales or distributor sales.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and strategy execution.

- Robust understanding of distribution management principles, including logistics, inventory control, and supply chain optimization.
