Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the quality assurance of samples from receipt to testing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement effective sample management systems to track and analyze data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to sample quality and integrity.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Provide training and guidance to staff on sample management procedures and best practices.
Maintain accurate records and reports of sample management activities.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry or biology.
Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Robust knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Proficiency in using software applications relevant to sample management and quality control.
