Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end GDC alloy wheel production operations.
Manage a workforce of approximately 200 employees.
Ensure productive utilization of manpower, machines, and production resources.
Drive continuous improvement, Kaizen, cost-saving initiatives, and shop-floor discipline.
Review daily production and rejection data to achieve maximum output with minimum rejection.
Implement and sustain 5S practices across the department.
Coordinate with maintenance to ensure high equipment and furnace availability.
Develop and mentor production teams for improved performance.
Improve and sustain GDC OEE to 80% or higher.
Work closely with the Current Product Development team for successful product launches.
Robust leadership and people management skills.
Hands-on production experience in Alloy Wheel GDC manufacturing.
