Purchase & Sourcing Manager Gemstones & Jewellery

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Purchase & Sourcing Manager to handle end-to-end procurement and vendor management for our growing D2C brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Source gemstones, crystals, Rudraksha, malas, jewellery & spiritual products.
Develop and manage vendor/supplier networks across India.
Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms and delivery timelines.
Evaluate gemstone quality, authenticity, treatment, origin and certification.
Manage purchase orders, inventory requirements and landed costs.
Identify alternate suppliers and recent products/SKUs.
Coordinate with Operations, Sales & Marketing for procurement requirements.
Drive cost savings,



quality improvement and timely procurement.

Must Have:
4–8 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement/Sourcing.
Relevant experience in Gemstones/Jewellery/Crystals/Rudraksha/Spiritual Products.
Strong existing vendor network across India.
Positive knowledge of gemstone quality, authenticity and market pricing.
Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to independently identify and onboard suppliers.

Preferred: Experience with gemstone certification/labs, diamonds, high-value gemstones, D2C/E-commerce or international sourcing.
