Role & responsibilities
Tie ups with government and private organizations for medical services
Attending calls from corporate and PSUs
Adhere by the daily target of meeting Govt offices and PSUs.
Conducting meetings with corporate tie ups and meeting them from time to time
Keeping the companies informed with the hospital updates and presenting them with Shalby Times on a regular basis
Responsible for timely renewal of tie-ups
Conducting and attending corporate meetings
Conducting corporate activities in PSU and government offices.
Meeting various TPA companies for adding Shalby in their network.
Meeting the patients converted through TPA/Corporate/PSUs/Govt. Etc
Coordinating with other depts. in case of patient complain for resolving the issues.
