Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Generate sales orders from retailers, wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, and other customers.
Market Visit & Beat Planning
Follow the daily route/beat plan provided by the Sales Manager.
Retailer & Distributor Management
Maintain professional relationships with retailers, distributors, dealers, and wholesalers.
Regularly check distributor and retailer stock.
Order Booking
Collect orders from retailers and distributors during market visits.
Product Display & Visibility
Ensure proper display of company products at retail outlets.
Check shelf placement, product visibility, and stock availability.
New Customer Development
Identify and approach new retailers, wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, and institutional customers.
Add new productive outlets to the company’s distribution network.
Develop current areas and territories.




Generate recent business opportunities through regular field visits
Payment & Outstanding Follow-Up
Follow up with customers/distributors regarding outstanding payments as per company policy.
Competitor & Market Information During market visits, collect information regarding competitors:
Product Promotion
Explain company products, product benefits, pricing, and schemes to retailers and customers.
Customer Feedback & Complaints
Collect feedback about product quality, packaging, pricing, and availability.
Report product-related complaints to QA/QC or the concerned department.
Maintain good customer relationships.
Daily Sales Reporting Submit accurate reports to the reporting manager, including:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
