About the Role

We are looking for a Field Support Executive to install, commission, maintain, and support VisAI Labs' computer vision solutions at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and commission vMeasure solutions at customer sites.
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and customer training.
Support POCs, product demos, site surveys, and deployments.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain service reports, visit records, and documentation.

Requirements
Diploma / B.Sc. in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related fields.




0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on and customer-focused approach.
Willingness to travel extensively is required.
