Key Responsibilities
Design and improve the entire customer journey—from attracting the right audience to increasing conversions.
Build scalable systems that continuously strengthen our growth engine.
Explore, test, and scale recent acquisition channels—from communities and partnerships to referrals, content, and emerging platforms.
Use AI to research faster, uncover insights, automate workflows, generate ideas, and build better systems.




Develop strategies that increase Defyn's visibility across AI-powered search and recommendation platforms.
Create thoughtful mechanisms that educate, engage, and build trust with every lead through content, CRM journeys, founder communication, and follow-up systems.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in growth, strategy, marketing, consulting, or business development.
Think in systems, not campaigns.
Naturally curious and enjoy solving complex growth problems.
Use AI to accelerate execution and improve decision-making.
Move quickly, take ownership, and thrive in high-performance environments.
