About BXB Fitness Centre

BXB Fitness Centre is a growing fitness brand in Kochi, committed to helping members achieve their fitness goals through professional training, quality facilities, and a positive fitness workplace. We are looking for passionate and energetic Fitness Trainers to join our team across our branches in Kaloor, Kakkanad, and Kalamassery.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct fitness assessments and understand members' fitness goals.
Design and implement personalized workout programs.
Guide members on proper exercise techniques, form, and safety.
Conduct individual and group training sessions.
Motivate and support members to maintain consistency and achieve results.
Monitor members' progress and make necessary adjustments to training programs.
Maintain a clean, secure, and professional gym environment.
Build strong relationships with members and provide excellent customer service.
Promote a positive and energetic atmosphere within the fitness centre.




Support the centre in achieving member retention and overall service standards.

Requirements
Certification in Fitness Training / Personal Training is preferred.
Good knowledge of strength training, functional training, cardio, and basic fitness principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
Ability to motivate and work effectively with clients of different fitness levels.
Professional, punctual, disciplined, and presentable.
Freshers with relevant certification and a solid passion for fitness are welcome to apply.
