Team Mentorship: Review the work of junior designers, video editors, and interns to ensure top quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with event planners, marketing teams, and video producers.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience: Minimum of 3–5+ years of proven graphic design experience, ideally within media or agency settings.
Advanced Software: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Multimedia Awareness: Basic understanding of video layout, motion design, or AI-powered tools is highly valued.
Strategic Communication: Solid ability to pitch complex creative concepts directly to company stakeholders.
