JOB PROFILE: FIELD SUPERVISOR
JOB PURPOSE To lead a team of field promoters, oversee day-to-day Home to Home activities, to achieve operational targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign &
Field Execution: Supervise day-to-day door-to-door / H2H field activations.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 10–15 promoters. Plan daily market routes, conduct morning briefings, and run evening performance reviews.
Performance &
Targets: Drive daily contact and sales (Conversion) targets while conducting on-the-job coaching to improve low-performing promoters.
Discipline &
Compliance: Monitor attendance, grooming, field discipline, and follow Contact &
Conversion SOPs daily.
Reporting: Manage collateral, track stock accuracy, and submit daily reports on sales, attendance, and field observations.

REQUIREMENTS &
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
Experience: Open for both Freshers and Candidates with 1+ years of experience in field sales, BTL activations or FMCG supervision.
Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi and the regional language(s) of the assigned state/zone.
Mobility: Adaptable and comfortable traveling across assigned city/locations on a regular basis.
Skills Required: Solid leadership, communication, problem-solving, and basic knowledge of MS Excel for daily reporting.
