Hiring Freshers – B.Tech Graduates

Infinitemode is hiring fresher developers to work on real client projects using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and backend technologies (including Node.js).

About the Role

Infinitemode is looking for B.Tech graduates with solid programming and analytical skills who want hands-on experience with real-world projects, modern technologies, and cross-functional teams.

Internship experience or academic projects are also welcome — prior full time work experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development, and testing of web applications.
Work with senior engineers to understand requirements and contribute to technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and documentation.
Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
Learn and apply recent tools, technologies, and best practices as required.
Support ongoing projects by conducting research and performing assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications
B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



Electronics and Communication
Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and data structures.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Basic hands-on experience with Frontend and at least one backend technology (e.g. Node.js).
Comfortable using AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to speed up development, along with reviewing and testing AI-generated code for correctness
Ability to learn current frameworks and tools quickly and apply them independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication skills.

Good to Have
Understanding of REST APIs and databases.
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts or exposure to AI-assisted development workflows.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Internship experience, academic projects, or relevant certifications.
