Position: Multi Skilled Technician (MST) – B License

Department: Electrical / Facility Management

Experience: 2–7 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Electrical

License: Valid B License mandatory

Job Responsibilities
Handle complete electrical floor maintenance
Operation and maintenance of HT/LT electrical systems.
Monitor and maintain HT/LT panels, LT panels, MDB, SMDB and DBs.
Operate and maintain DG sets, UPS, batteries and electrical distribution systems.
Attend electrical breakdowns and carry out troubleshooting.
Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
Check and maintain transformers, APFC panels, capacitor banks and busbars.
Monitor electrical parameters such as voltage,



current, frequency and load.
Maintain lighting systems, emergency lights, exit lights and power points.
Carry out electrical inspection and identify potential electrical hazards.
Perform cable termination, cable dressing and basic electrical repair works.
Ensure proper functioning of electrical distribution and power supply systems.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems.
Hands-on experience with electrical panels, DG, UPS, transformers and APFC.
Valuable knowledge of electrical troubleshooting.
