HR Intern – Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
Coordinate interviews, candidate evaluations, and offer management.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
Employee Relations
Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work workplace.
Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Performance Management
Implement and monitor performance appraisal processes.
Support managers in goal setting, feedback, and employee development.
Identify training and development needs.
HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and statutory requirements.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Compensation & Benefits
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Manage employee benefits, insurance, and compensation programs.
Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.
Learning & Development




Plan and coordinate training programs and workshops.
Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
Track training effectiveness and employee growth.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain HRMS and employee databases.
Generate HR reports, analytics, and workforce insights.
Manage HR budgets and administrative activities.
Organizational Development
Drive culture-building and employee engagement activities.
Support change management and organizational growth initiatives.
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

HR Intern will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, policy compliance, compensation & perks, training & development, and employee engagement initiatives. The role will ensure an productive HR function while supporting organizational growth and maintaining a positive workplace culture. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
