Key Responsibilities
Document collection for current hires and employee records
Employee document audit and maintenance
Planning and coordinating employee engagement activities
Supporting employer branding initiatives across social media and other platforms
Coordinating campus hiring drives and candidate communication

Who We're Looking For
MBA/PGDM (HR) students or recent graduates, or candidates pursuing a degree in Human Resources
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable organizational and documentation abilities
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn




Prior internship experience in HR is an added advantage
