Key Responsibilities Indirect Procurement
Manage end-to-end procurement of indirect materials and services for plant and corporate requirements.
Handle sourcing of MRO, consumables, PPE, facility services, manpower, IT, office supplies and other non-production categories.
Conduct RFQs, commercial evaluation, price benchmarking and vendor negotiations.
Identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers/vendors.
Drive cost reduction, vendor consolidation and procurement optimisation initiatives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfilment of requirements.
Manage POs, contracts, delivery follow-up and invoice-related issues.
Monitor supplier performance on cost, quality, delivery and service.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, commercial controls and audit requirements.
