Location : Pune, Maharashtra

Compensation : 75 - 90 LPA

Work Mode : Work From Office (5 Days a Week)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Software Architecture & Intelligent Systems Leader to lead the architecture, scalability, and reliability of the software platform powering next-generation robotic warehouse automation systems.

This role will be responsible for designing large-scale distributed systems, real-time fleet orchestration platforms, intelligent task allocation engines, and cloud-native infrastructure supporting rapidly growing robotic deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and scale distributed software platforms supporting large robotic fleets.
- Design and implement real-time fleet orchestration and intelligent task allocation systems.
- Build fault-tolerant, highly available systems ensuring 99.9%+ uptime.
- Develop telemetry, observability, and monitoring frameworks for robotic operations.
- Create simulation environments for throughput testing, performance optimization, and production validation.
- Lead architecture reviews and mentor senior engineering leaders.
- Define long-term technology strategy and platform roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to align architecture with business objectives.
- Drive engineering excellence, scalability,



security, and operational reliability across the platform.

Required Skills & Experience :

Must Have :

- 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Platform Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong expertise in distributed systems and fault-tolerant production architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms and scalable infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of real-time systems and fleet orchestration platforms.
- Experience designing telemetry ingestion pipelines and real-time data processing systems.
- Proven track record of building highly scalable, mission-critical enterprise platforms.
- Solid leadership, stakeholder management, and technical mentoring capabilities.
