We're hiring two interns at WE Allies Strategic Advisory (WASA).

I've built WASA around the idea that strategy only matters when it shows up in execution. These two roles sit exactly at that intersection, and both come with real client work, not shadow projects.

- Social Media Intern (Pune, hybrid, 6 months)

You'll work on content and visibility strategies for our clients: founders, startups, and leadership teams. Drafting posts, tracking what works, learning how an advisory firm builds presence online. Ideal for a Communications student or recent grad, or someone from a related background.
- Strategy & Project Management Intern (Mumbai, in-office, 6 months)

You'll coordinate client projects end to end: timelines, pitch decks, meeting notes, events and workshops. You'll see how advisory engagements actually run. Ideal for a BBA student or recent grad, or similar.





A word on what these roles really offer. You'll sit in rooms most interns don't get near: client conversations, strategy sessions, decisions being made in real time. There's a stipend, but if that's your main reason for applying, this isn't the right fit. I'm looking for two people with a genuine urge to learn, take ownership, and lead. Bring that, and six months here will do more for your career than the certificate ever will.
