Soho Tiger Jewellery is a D2C silver jewellery brand built on contemporary design, storytelling, and meaningful products. We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own our brand's voice and presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X — from strategy to execution.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set the content strategy, drive campaigns end-to-end, and guide a small team/freelancers to bring it to life, working closely with the founders.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media & Brand Executive to create and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X, supporting our brand across omnichannel touchpoints.

This role works closely with the founders and external partners to execute campaigns across pre-production, production, and post-production stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign, Research & Brand Support

- Support campaign planning with the founders and consultants
- Research trends, competitors, and platform formats
- Translate inputs into content ideas, storyboards, and platform-wise plans

Content Creation & Production

- Create short-form videos, reels, and static creatives
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for brand content
- Plan and coordinate photo/video shoots
- Shoot basic content in-house and support professional shoots
- Edit short-form content using basic tools
- Support long-form video content (YouTube / extended videos) through: Concept support, Storyboarding, On-camera participation (where relevant) and Basic edits or coordination with editors





Social Media & Distribution

- Execute daily social media operations across platforms
- Handle posting, scheduling, captions, and community responses
- Maintain the content calendar and coordinate creators/influencers

E-commerce, GMB & Growth Support

- Support website content and photoshoots
- Support product naming, descriptions, and campaign copy
- Manage Google My Business updates and posts
- Work with performance marketing partners on creatives and alignment

Tracking & Learning

- Track basic content performance
- Share insights and learnings to improve future campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–4 year’s experience in social media, content, or brand roles
- Strong hands-on content creation (photo + video)
- Comfortable on camera
- Familiarity with major social platforms
- Good visual sense and writing skills
- Comfortable with Canva/Photoshop and basic video tools

Good to have: D2C experience, influencer coordination, interest in SEO or research.

Level Expectations

Junior (0-1.5 years): Execution-focused role covering content creation, posting, coordination, and learning. Works with guidance.

Mid/Senior (2-4 years): Owns end-to-end execution of content and campaigns - from planning and creation to posting and review; may guide junior team members.
