Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing
Post job openings on multiple platforms and maintain databases
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
Specialized training or certification in HR (preferred but not mandatory)

Requirements
2 to 3 years of proven experience in HR recruitment
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized
