Supervise the installation of HVAC systems according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Review HVAC shop drawings, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines (MEP, civil, electrical, and plumbing).
Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per project schedule.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Prepare material requisitions and verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered to the site.
Plan manpower, equipment, and resources for productive project execution.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during installation.
Inspect ductwork, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, insulation, diffusers, grills, and HVAC equipment installations.
Supervise testing, adjusting,



balancing (TAB), commissioning, and startup of HVAC systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Maintain site documentation, including inspection requests (IRs), material inspection requests (MIRs), method statements, and work permits.
Attend progress meetings with clients, consultants, and project managers.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of HVAC materials and equipment.
Monitor project costs and minimize material wastage.
Verify contractor invoices and work measurements, if required.
Ensure all work complies with local building codes, ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and project specifications.
Support project handover by preparing as-built drawings, O&M; manuals, and completion documentation.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
