Instrumentation / Analyser & DCS Engineer

Department: E&M; – Instrumentation / Control Systems

Location: Nagothane, Maharashtra – Manufacturing / Petrochemical Site

Experience
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Instrumentation, DCS, Process Analysers or Control Systems.
Experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, Polyester or similar process industries will be preferred.

Qualification
BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electronics, or related field.
Candidates with robust relevant industry experience may also be considered.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation Engineer / Technician to handle the maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting and commissioning of DCS, ESD and Process Analyser systems.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with ABB 800xA DCS, Process Analysers and Gas Chromatographs (GC).

The candidate should also have good knowledge of instrumentation maintenance, problem solving, documentation and safety procedures.

Process Analysers & Gas Chromatographs
Carry out regular maintenance and breakdown maintenance of Process Analysers.




Perform calibration and functional checks.
Find and solve analyser problems related to hardware, electronics, sampling and measurement.
Work on Gas Chromatographs (GC) and other process analysers.
Experience with the following analysers will be an advantage:

Assit with installation, replacement, commissioning and troubleshooting of analyser systems.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and technical skills

Overtime: Paid separately, if applicable

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
