Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and draft transparent job descriptions.
Source active and passive candidates through skilled networks, job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and department heads.
Manage candidate communications, feedback, and the overall hiring experience.
Extend job offers, assist with salary discussions, and coordinate onboarding steps.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
