Calling potential candida es & explain them about job profile & the company where the job offered.
Communicating employer information and perks during screening process.
Performing reference and background checks.
Following up on the interview process status.
Submitting daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on time to your reporting manager.
Achieving the call targets, Interview line up targets & selection targets for qualifying for Incentive slabs or sales schemes launched by the company
Sourcing Potential candidates from various online platforms and social media.
Screen incoming resume as per the JD and client requirement
Preferred candidate profile We are looking to employ enthusiastic and self-driven HR Recruiters to assist our clients for their hiring requirements
