Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will support the overall HR operations with a primary focus on Learning & Development (L&D;), Employee Engagement, and employee lifecycle management, ensuring a positive and productive employee experience aligned with the hospital’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and monitor training and development programs for clinical and non-clinical employees.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and maintain the annual training calendar.
Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, activities and events.
Conduct employee feedback/satisfaction surveys and support initiatives based on findings.
Assist in employee communication, recognition and welfare initiatives.
Support performance management, appraisal processes and employee development plans.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in the HRMS.
Support day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, employee queries and HR letters.
Coordinate with HODs for manpower requirements,
employee issues and HR interventions.
Prepare HR MIS and reports related to training, engagement, attendance and other HR metrics.
Ensure HR practices are aligned with hospital policies, statutory requirements and quality/accreditation standards.
Support HR audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
Solid exposure to L&D; and Employee Engagement.
Positive communication, interpersonal, coordination and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS; ability to work with HR data and MIS.
