Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring smooth operation of computers, networks, software, and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Install and maintain computers, printers, networking equipment, and software.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic cybersecurity.
Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
Monitor network connectivity and resolve technical issues.
Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
Perform regular data backup and system maintenance.
Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft are a plus.
Experience
1–3 years in IT support/helpdesk.
Manufacturing/plant IT experience preferred.
