System and Network Maintenance: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, servers, and network devices like routers and switches. Troubleshoot and manage ISP network connectivity and related escalations.

Technical Support: Providing first-level support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues reported by users.

User Management: Creating and managing user accounts, assigning access rights, and ensuring proper security settings.

Security: Implementing and enforcing security protocols, managing firewalls, monitoring security logs, and performing routine security checks to protect data.

Data Management: Performing daily data backups and implementing recovery strategies to prevent data loss.

Performance Monitoring: Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.

Documentation: Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for system configurations, network setups, and IT processes.

Hardware and Software Procurement:



Working with vendors to procure and administer IT hardware and software. Complete all formalities related to procurement and track to closure.

User Training: Providing basic training to employees on recent IT tools and cybersecurity best practices.

Policy and Compliance: Helping to ensure the organization stays compliant with cybersecurity regulations.

Current Employee Onboarding – Participate in employee onboarding and setup requirements of the user accounts.

Exit Employee Offboarding – Complete the offboarding formalities for IT assets and user accounts and submit the exit employee checklist.

Access Controls – Maintain the user access for Entry and Exit devices and ensure all configurations are up to date.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
