Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization in hiring the right talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for open positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with respective hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring requirements.
Coordinate with recruitment consultants and external hiring partners.
Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring status updates to management.




Support onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience for recent employees.
Maintain proper recruitment records and ensure compliance with HR processes.

Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and HRMS.
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Target-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment deadlines.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Qualification
MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition preferred.
