Roles and Responsibility
Oversee daily housekeeping activities, including room inspections and staff supervision.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Manage and train housekeeping staff to ensure excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning supplies usage, inventory management, and staff performance.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
Robust knowledge of cleaning procedures, protocols, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a quick-paced setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
