We're Hiring | Customer Service Executive (Australian Process)

Location: Sec 48, Sohna Road, Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Shift: Australian Shift M-F (3:00 AM- 12 PM IST)

We are looking for a smart and proactive individual who can effectively manage the after-sales process, including handling customer escalations, assisting customers with their concerns, improving customer reviews, and identifying and addressing gaps in the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer queries via calls, emails, and text.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Build robust client relationships and encourage customer reviews after successful issue resolution.

Requirements:
2–4 years of Customer Service experience.




Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage Australian clients.
Experience in escalation handling and customer relationship management.
Experience in a blended support workplace is preferred.
