Job Summary

DziMark is looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in HR and be comfortable handling recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, and basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates.
Post and manage job openings on recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant portals.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with the concerned team.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Assist with joining formalities, onboarding, and exit processes.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
Maintain and update recruitment and employee databases.
Support day-to-day HR operations and company policies.
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal coordination.




Prepare basic HR reports and maintain necessary documentation.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in HR.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn is preferred.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Education

Graduate in HR, BBA, Management, or a related field is preferred.
