HR Intern – Generalist & Operations

Location: Kottayam, Kerala

Duration: 3 Months

Reporting To: HR Lead

Stipend: To be discussed

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern to work closely with the HR Lead and gain hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, Employee Engagement, and Placement Coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, HR records, and day-to-day HR operations.
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Assist with placement coordination and communication with candidates and companies.
Maintain HR trackers, reports, and documentation.
Support the HR Lead in other HR-related activities and projects.

Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: Any Degree.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.




Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Genuine interest and passion for HR.
Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work collaboratively.
